Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile details, organization membership, authentication data, and settings you configure in PunicX.

When you use workspace features, we process content such as rooms, messages, uploaded files, calendar events, meeting metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, and AI assistant prompts or responses.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, PunicX requests access to calendar events so it can create, update, delete, import, and synchronize meeting events between PunicX and your Google Calendar.

Google Calendar data is used only to provide calendar synchronization and scheduling features. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

AI Features

Hani, the PunicX AI assistant, may process meeting transcripts, chat messages, connected repository context, and user prompts to answer questions, summarize meetings, and assist with collaboration workflows.

Organization administrators configure which AI provider credentials are used for their organization. Provider processing is subject to the selected provider's terms and privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate PunicX, authenticate users, provide collaboration features, synchronize calendars, send transactional emails, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to provide the service, including with infrastructure, email, calendar, payment, storage, video, and AI providers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, token encryption for connected providers, and operational safeguards designed to protect user data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Data Retention

We retain information while your account or organization uses PunicX, and as needed for legal, security, backup, or operational purposes. You may disconnect integrations or request deletion where applicable.

Your Choices

You can manage account settings, disconnect calendar integrations, remove organization connectors, and contact us about access or deletion requests.
