These terms govern your access to and use of PunicX, including workspace collaboration, calendar synchronization, video meetings, chat, recordings, and AI assistant features.

Using PunicX
You must use PunicX lawfully and only in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Organizations and Content
Organizations control their members, rooms, messages, files, calendar connections, provider credentials, and connected repositories. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or process content through PunicX.
Third-Party Integrations
PunicX integrates with services such as Google Calendar, GitHub, payment providers, email providers, video infrastructure, object storage, and AI providers. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by the third party's terms.
Google Calendar
When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize PunicX to access and modify calendar events for synchronization and scheduling. You can disconnect the integration from your account settings or calendar settings.
AI Outputs
AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions, commitments, or external communication.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse PunicX, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to harm others.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of PunicX. We may modify these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers
PunicX is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
